Boxing Basics

Ages:  14+ Years Old

This class is a combination of cardio, strength training, and the basic skills of boxing. Participants will work with the bags and learn stance, guard, basic combinations, and footwork – all while getting a great workout and developing strong body awareness. Open to all ability levels!

Participants must bring their own gel wrap and boxing gloves.

Intro to Boxing will meet in our main gym on Mondays from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

We will be offering a 3-week session in December in which our prices are reflected. The class will meet on Monday December, 2nd, 9th, and 16th
