Intro to Weightlifting

Age: 18+ Years Old

This class combines education and movement to help you learn about weight room terminology and the different muscle groups while practicing proper form and technique. In this class, you will learn the tools you need to get started and feel comfortable in the weight room. Open to all ability levels!

Intro to Weightlifting will meet in our downstairs barre room on Tuesdays from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. It is recommended that you come to each class prepared to workout and bring a notebook with you.

We will be offering a 3-week session in April in which our prices are reflected. The class will meet on Tuesday April 9th, 16th, and 23rd.
