Private Weightlifting Lessons
Interested in lifting weights but don’t know where to begin or how to be safe? Learn from a Personal Trainer with Exercise Science training where to start and how to be safe. Lessons will include: learning the equipment and proper technique with each piece of weightlifting equipment, how to target specific muscle groups, and how to warm up and cool down to avoid injury. One session will provide a general overview while multiple sessions are needed to feel prepared to enter the gym and hit the weights with confidence!
